Is It Me Or Am I Trippin?

Maybe this has already been addressed but i havent seen it yet on here talked about. I am playing a game right now between the saints and redskins. I am using the saints and the names under the players don't show up anybody know what's going on. The saints names arent showing up under the player lol. Can somebody direct me to the solution to this problem.

Let me guess, you are on a 360 and PS3? If you are on a PS2 or an Xbox1, the option for names is under 'Visual' settings.
