How do I change hands?

Has the ability to switch the ball from hand to hand been removed? I can't seem to find it for the life of me. Anyone know the control to use on the X360?

just tap A quickly to switch hands, but it doesn't seem to work if a defender is already nearby...

damn that explains why my stiff arm rarely works.

i find myself tapping a instead of pressing it... repeatedly in fact due to the 2k series.
