Re: Best team to rebuild

The Falcons and Raiders...Even though both teams have some pieces in place, they have a ton of holes. Both teams have good RBs and QBs for the future, but both need massive help on their OL, and Defenses...You could also put the Niners, Lions and Texans in a second tier of needing rebuilding...Miami is Miami, and I love they suck, so you should just drive them into the ground if you play with them.

Re: Best team to rebuild

If I had to chose one team to rebuild I'd pick the 49ers.

No we don't

WR
LB
RB

These 3 are taken care of and we actually have some great players at these positions

QB, will be Ryan for the next 10 years or so

Our offensive line is much improved this year Baker and Blalock are two very young but very good O-linemen and we have some scrappy players in Dahl and Tod Wiener on the right side of the line

FB is taken care of with Mugheli one of the best in the league

Our biggest weakness is the D-line but if john Abraham stays healthy and Jamal Anderson does better in his second season we will be ok there to Grady Jackson is very at clogging up the middle

The secondary will be improved as well this year, Grimes is look better than D.Hall ever did C Houston has been nicked up in pre season but played well alst year as a rookie.

In the Secondary Eric Coleman is playing good and Lawyer Milloy is still playing lights out.

We are a young team but we are already rebuilt with new pieces in the key area's we need improvement.

2 things...

1 - You forgot about Michael Turner. If he is as good as he should be, Atlantas ground game should be much improved, especially with Mugheli in front of him....

2 - Abraham cannot stay healthy for long stretches. Trust me on this. If you could count on Abe to stay healthy the Jets would have NEVER parted with him. When healthy he is one of the best pure pass rushers...But he will always get hurt, and he will not play through the pain.

Also, Coleman isn't a bad player, but he is far too streaky to be counted on for a full 16 games. When he is off you would have a better chance covering his guy. He isn't physical and lacks a killer instinct. He will get beat by above average wide outs.

He mentioned Turner by referring to the three positions he did...

LB - Brooking
WR - White
HB - Turner

I'd say Miami, San Fran, or Chicago.
