The game had it right and you have it wrong

Once the INT takes place it's a change of possession. If the offense gets the ball back it's another change of possession, therefore it would be first down.
On the holding play, asside from kick and punt returns, the penalty is 10 yards from the original LOS, not from where the hold took place.

i lost the Superbowl to that play...it was a 4th and goal for the CPU and he runs behind the goal post and back in and catches it.
