Need Help Stopping the Run

I was wondering if ya'll had any tips on stopping the run. I roll with the giants and pretty much exclusively play online. I usually hit up a 4-3 and mix in zone/man blitzes but my biggest problem is that even if I get my defenders on the RB he still always seems to either shed a tackle or he keeps falling forwards for 3 more yards. I can't ever stuff the rb or get him in the backfield even if I know where the RB is going to run.

Any advice?

Your the only one having a problem stopping the run, All of us here have our run defense sliders at 0 and still stop them eveytime, its sad that this game was even made, every single game is the EXACT same, whether the QB is Ton Brady or Rohan Davey there INSANE and ROBO QB.........and no matter if the running back in LT or Jesse CHatman they will get the ball 25 times and rush for 40 yard, SO SAD!!!!!
