How do you stop the QB sneak??

The gap the blitzer takes.

A is the gap between C and G
B is the gap between G and T
C is the gap outside the T (inside the TE if on the strong side)

Ok thanks..btw if you don't mind me asking whats the diff between cover 3 and cover 3 press? is it just doing bump and run or what? I've noticed that the cover 3 press is insanely effective.

So if I can't stop the inches situation, I'll be pretty good to go.

I have not been able to stop it either but no1 has been able to stop me when I use it as well.

I'll tell you how you stop it. You control the MLB and spy on the QB every single play. When the idiot attempts it, punish him. Manual QB spying in the middle of the field works 100% of the time as long as you're smart enough to know when they're going to run the sneak. If you DON'T know, then it won't work but that's up to you to get good at.

I don't have much success stopping the QB sneak in goal line situations, but I have been able to force some fumbles if its run atleast a few yards away from the endzone.

Try pulling your DT back about 4 or 5 yards. This will leave a huge hole in the middle but if the qb tries to run through, you should be able to get a VERY big hit on the qb most of the time. The O line doesn't seem to want to block you as much if you are a few yards behind the line of scrimmage.

Does anyone know how to stop this in goal line situations?

i have stopped it a few times. you just have to call the goaline blitz a or b defense and make sure you pinch the dline and crash it and bring the lb and saftey over the center and make sure you use run commit.
