The Madden Developers don't actually rate the players, they have another company to do that for them. The Company 'STATS" does it , http://www.stats.com/

What's funny is all the demands to "fix" ratings by people who think they should fluctuate based on a single game performance. I would venture a guess that any hope for credibility was lost by they way the original post was worded and further by the demand for a player to be rated 99 for having a good game. Of course that is only applicable to this if this was a serious request, which is difficult to believe...lol
