How can I keep Favre from retiring?

Simple.

All you have to do is, before you start a franchise, cut the current Favre from your roster and sign the NFL Legends version of Favre and edit his rating to a 94.

There, now you have a 25-year-old Brett Favre to work with.

The only goofy thing is you have a 25 year old favre who will play 45 seasons in the NFL and retire in 2035.
