Can I start my franchise?

Not trying to add any meaningless threads, but i usually play 3 to 4 years of my franchise every Madden or 2k football season. I have read that there are freezing issues in franchise after a certain point.

Is this true for all, meaning, franchises freeze after year 2?

I'm just pump to start my franchise and play, but it seems like I need to wait until after a 2nd patch is released..

Kinda crazy in my opinion...

well ea claim that the patch will work with your saved franchise but im not risking it (mostly because we haven't heard anything from them for a while). the franchise mode is riddled with freezing problems so IMO i would just wait a few more days (6 max) till the patch comes out, just in case it doesn't work with your saved franchise.

If I was you wait till after the patch.. I made it to year three and now I can't play anymore.. Plus 1 game then reboting sux..

I'll wait to start my franchise till after the patch..I trully hope EA does fix the issue with the next patch.
