Every year Madden falls further down on my list of fall games to play. I hope 2010 changes that. Hell, I hope the patch and DLC do that.
This year, Madden is behind NHL, Tiger, and both NBA games coming out (I'm just guessing they'll be better). It would also be behind MLB: The Show, but I find baseball more boring than watching paint dry ... so I don't play that game as often as I should (since it really is a great game).

I posted these questions in that insane thread:
1. Will the patch fix the pathetic man defence
2. Stop making the CPU opponent punt from my 35-yard line when they have a competent kicker?
NCAA 09 got the kick decision logic pretty much bang on this year. I wanna throw my controller everytime I'm playing a team and they punt from the 35-yard line.

As for next year, when I go to look at player stats ... look at how the first NCAA next-gen game did it. They did it right. You didn't have to scroll through so many categories and players. It was all on one screen.

Because we are a civilized and sophisticated community here at OS. We try to act a little older than 10 years of age here. EA forums are like an amusement park.

Our Mods and Admins do a good job of keeping these boards under control. There are some Mods that are a little "trigger happy" with the infractions and warnings, but for the most part they all do a great job.

But with your post count you probably already know that.

I have been to pretty much all forums. That's why I don't really go back that often, and primarily post here. I can't stand to go to those other boards and read childish, uneducated posts from what seems like 5th graders.
