Somebody call Major Nelson and tell him to make the Live monkies put the patch up on the server. As far as PSN, they should have been told to put it up a week ago since it always seems to take them twice as long.

We're quickly approaching 11:00 pm EST and I haven't heard anything from MS or Sony for more than 4 hours. At this point, I'm confident the chances of the patch being released tonight or this weekend are almost 0%.

I'm as disappointed as you all are but this isn't as simple as clicking a button to make it go live. There was a fair amount of back and forth with both companies today and the good news is the patch is ready for primetime.

I full expect Monday to be the day that everyone can grab the patch. Expect it late in the evening as that seems to be when MS and Sony prefer to push patches. I'll give udpates on Monday as soon as I have confirmation on a time.
