3-4 Team

I have always been a big fan of the 3-4 D but dont like any of the teams that use it. I was wondering whats a good team to use that I can convert into a 3-4 team.

In Madden I don't think it really matters, but in the real world you would look for a team with several 300+ lb D-lineman. Typical nose tackles being 320 lbs or better. Also bigger athletic LB's that can battle with O-lineman in the pass rush, and take on lead blockers in the run game.
