SALARY CAP????

i know his may be a noob question. But, how the heck do you turn off salary cap outside franchise????

i ask because i was doing some roster tweaks to my roster update #2 before i go into my new franchise and i can't sign a player to some teams cuz it'll exceed the salary cap. how do you turn it off????? anyone know?

I believe that is only an option in franchise mode.

really? dang that sucks, i guess this has to be addressed for 2010, something that last gen had......*sigh*
