To those that have played both versions...

My daughter recently scratched the hell out of my xbox360 madden disc and I now get
dirty disc errors. I just recently bought the PS3 & am really impressed with the system, loving both Soul Calibour (Vader rocks) and Ratchet and Clank is really cool. Thinking about giving Madden a try on PS3, just to see if I like it better...I mainly play off-line dynasty. Any advice or things about PS3 I should know? Thanks

kbuckley, I have both the PS2 and PS3 versions. I highly recommend the PS2, for gameplay, and 5000 other reasons. Thats if you want realistic football.

If you want eye candy, and dont mind being frustrated at 80% completion percentages for both you and the CPU, go for it. The PS3 version looks nice. It just doesnt play well, just like the XBOX 360 version doesnt play well.

Just my opinion...
