Why does it rain & Snow in Texas Stadium

Isn't this place like a dome, dont it have a retractable roof, I noticed this a while ago but I never post. now it is heavy snow in dallas? and its this white covered dome and it just looks dumb and feels stupid. a texas Blizzard feels unlikely NFC championship game is tainted by a blizzard in texas stadium

because it happens in real life. However the snow rarely happens. Check this out Thanksgiving 1993. Dallas won the Super Bowl this year.

my bad, I guess i was just clueless or not thinking when i posted this thread, I totally forgot bout leon lett it go and thats all they been showing on espn and stuff , but it did rain in reliant stadium once on my madden for 360 lol
