Issues with time of possession...

When I play the CPU, they usually take until around 19-20 seconds are left on the play clock to snap the ball.

When I'm on offense, I usually take the play clock down to around 10-12 seconds, sometimes less, which is results in a huge Time of Possession disparity between me and the CPU.

I'm trying to run my offense faster I guess to make it more even, but I need time to pick my plays and make pre-snap reads and whatnot.

Any suggestions?

Wouldn't you want a huge difference in TOP? tells me you are controlling the game.

when i play my franchise, i really dont care about time of posession. they dont keep track of it so its basically all in your head. and its usually the opposite for me. the CPU takes too long snapping the ball imo.

That's not how it works... you control the game by having an effective run game, completing passes and having long drives, not by running down more play clock than the opponent.

One thing that will help is to turn on the rewind feature. Even if you don't want to use it, it will run some clock before the playclock starts (about 10 sec per play I think).

Let it run when the CPU is on offense, skip it when you are. It will definitely add some TOP for the CPU.

LOL, I wish I could do that. I played 12 minutes, and my stats looked like this at the half:

McNabb: 12/17, 122 yards, 1 INT, 1 TD, sacked 4 times
Westbrook: 11 carries, 100 yards
Buckhalter: 3 carries, 8 yards

Flacco: 9/16, 98 yards, 1 INT, 1 TD
Willis McGahee: 3 carries (weird), 11 yards

So everything seemed alright. I really wanna be able to play on 15 minutes, though. Does the CPU snap the ball slower vs you? They do it around 20 seconds for me.
