EA sports or Madden get together?

Is there an annual meeting of sport gamers?

I guess seeing that they have expos and cruises etc for all other type of events I was wondering if they had ever done a sports gamers expo. or cruise.
For that matter they could even get more specific, as big as Madden is how fun would it be to have a EA sports sponsored Madden cruise or weekend at a hotel. Mini tournaments, prizes etc.

Just an idea, I'd love to see EA put something like this together. Would be a win win/ wife would enjoy the trip plus the sun and fun and I'd also get to enjoy the gaming.

lol..nah bro they got our money n thats as far as it goes. They use the money we spend on madden and put it into every other piece of crap game they want to force on the market, this is why they need a president who gets it, Peter Moore from all interviews I've seen clearly doesnt.

Well I was actually thinking EA could make money in doing something like this. Plus pump even more excitement into the franchise.
