This is my first year buying Madden. I did not buy the game. Well, because there were other games out there. I sorry too all of you if this is the best Madden to date. The game is Jenga and can never be fixed without falling apart.

Example:

The Ball Trajectory is off. When I lead the WR on the deep route the ball come's into low or floats like a balloon. In turn the ball is knockdown quite a bit. These would be catch's in the NFL. Same with ball's over the middle. But, wait this would make the game a bomb fest (Now you see my Jenga reference) So, then they would have to correct the Defensive backs to play more intellegent and less "SUPER".

Next, you would have to fix the offensive line because the DB would be smarter, everyone would load the box and the game would be hell. Now you have to fix the LB because the Oline would open up huge run lane's etc... You catch my drift

This game will not be fixed... Until it is a completely different game.

LMAO. A little blunt, but funny none the less.

regarding the topic, I think that adding more animations would kind of counter act the jenga theory. If you give the game more options, different things will happen. This includes ball trajectory too. make different types of trajectories, and add more DB animations, so instead of the WR catch animation happening, or DB swat, there can be 4-5 variables, maybe the db falls. maybe he goes for the pic and gets burned,etc. if you add more animations, the same thing doesnt happen everytime, and in turn we dont "feel" like something is broke.
