Load Franchise and Resume Franchise?

Anyone know the difference between these two options? Just curious, because its the same outcome no matter which one you pick as far as I can tell. Both just load your franchise. I'm missing something?

Load franchise is for loading a specific franchise save. Resume franchise is for loading the most recent franchise save directly.

ermm... actually.. i think this is another glitch in the game (well atleast on my game/console anyway) cos when i click resume franchise, it always loads the bottom franchise saved on the list (which is the oldest saved game) as opposed to the most recently saved game (at the top of the list).
The "load franchise" option is only necessary if you have more than 1 saved franchise.
correct me if im wrong but this is what always happens on my game?!?!?!

Same here.

I used the Resume Franchise once and it brought up my very first saved Franchise, not the most recently saved or loaded franchise so I stay away from using it.
