Well I play my Madden on the PS2 , xbox, and the PC. Reason being is the last gen engine performs so much better so for those systems I always played on all madden, and slightly adjusted the cpu sliders and got awesome results.

On the next gen there is no realistic level to play on IMO.

I play of my skill and everything is just over the all madden line or just under it

Yeah, All-Pro is easy to the point of being boring (I'm not 12 anymore; I don't enjoy regularly beating teams by 30+ points) and All-Madden is way too frustrating when playing the CPU. Thank God for sliders I guess.

I play "My Skill" and its all over All Pro and Rushing is All Madden...

Ditto, everything is maxed except pass defense which is a 17-20 at times, but no lower..

I'm really digging MySkill. My only gripe is the CPU running, but I'll manage.

I go back and forth between All-Pro and My Skill. But right now, I'm back on All-Pro.

My theory on All-Pro is since that's the level where all the sliders are in the middle, it's the level where ratings matter the most and thus the most realistic. Strangely, even on All-Pro, the cpu seems to play better as my Madden IQ goes up.

In human vs. CPU: All-Pro
CPU vs. CPU: Pro.

Reason being that the CPU's defense on All-Pro overshadows its offense completely, and has to be compensated for by bringing it down a level.
