With Hammond and Collinsworth as the announcers, the first wildcard game is going to feel like a Madden 09 game.

It should be fun to compare their live interaction to their Madden interaction. I hope the Madden 10 team is recording the game!

It still doesn't compare. The real life game is saved by the crowd interaction and the players - I will not comment on the players vs Madden players LOL.

at least hammond talks like collinsworth is acttually in the booth..

hopefully they can actually have hammond sound less robotic and have them interact with each other in 2010

By the way, when I said the first wildcard game is going to feel like a Madden 09 game, I really only meant that we'd be hearing the same voices. It certainly won't feel like a Madden 09 game.

The Madden 10 team should study the real life game. That's how the new game should sound!

Just saw the big Bolden catch and run for a td. Hammond showed some real excitement and enthusiasm! That's what Madden needs!!!!!!!!!

Hammond is far from the best, but he's serviceable as an announcer(And a good upgrade over Radio Guy when done right)

I don't know what the hell went on in that recording booth, because he was done wrong in Madden 09

EA just got a great 3-hour reference material for seeing what Hammond and Collinsworth sound like together and should sound like together in Madden. It couldn't have worked out any better.

Now the only question is, what will they (EA) do with it?
