They need really balance the attributes. I made a chart from 'another football game' of what the attributes mean like if someone has 100 speed or 80 speed how fast can they run the 40... STR, if they have 100 STR they can bench press 225 pounds 50 times. Vertical Jump (Jump), and Shuttle Run (Agility)
Here is what I am talking about.

A majority of the Madden lineman in the game have their strengths in the 90s, but what is that based off of? I remember watching one of Apexisfree's videos and he said the Ratings do not mean anything.
(REFERENCE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPnKccuN3zs)
Is the 97 STR Larry Allen has in Maddden just for show or is it based off of a system similar to the one I just posted? I am thinking maybe they combined their Bench Press with the Squat, now if they did that then yes a lineman having 90 STR is reasonable.

Your speed chart, while an interesting way of figuring the attribute, is one of the main things that screws up gameplay in madden. Those ratings should not be percentage-based. Someone who runs a 4.2 40 is not 4 times as fast as someone who runs a 5.6. The super-slow movements of linemen is madden is one of the main reasons the run game is f'ed, because ol can't move laterally at a fast enough rate to allow for a realistic zone-scheme. I'm not arguing the numbers, those I don't care about, its the way those numbers are implemented and represented in the game. BTW, I wonder how many people actually realize how close 10 yd sprint times are between skill players and linemen. This is yet another unrealistic representation of the speed difference (or lack thereof) between players, and leads to far to much separation between sprinting players in the game.
Also, bench press reps at 225 is not even a miniscule measure of someone's upper body strength, its a measure of muscular ENDURANCE. It needs to be stricken from the combine. GM's and Head coaches don't even care what those numbers are, as long as the player exhibits a base number of reps. They honestly don't care if one ol prospect does 24 reps and another does 36 reps. It has no bearing whatsoever in who the better linemen is going to be. Strength training is extremely important, the most important thing a player can do in the offseason to improve their athleticism, but bench press, especially reps at 225 lbs, is just not a relevant test. It will not be done away with anytime soon, because the fact is, quite a few members of the nfl fraternity is stuck in the stone-age, and their opinions will never be changed. Hell, Brady Quinn was passed up by some for the reason that he had TOO MANY reps at the combine. How developing strength and endurance could ever be a bad thing, I don't know. One thing bp reps can show, albeit indirectly, is a propensity towards injury. The more reps they can do, the more muscle mass they have, the less likely they are to get hurt. But even that's stretching it.
