Great thread!

We also need tendancy sliders for qb scrambles, screen passes, gadget plays (if they make it this year), and draw plays...

maybe also some substitutions tendancies too for RB1/RB2.

all of these would be amazing IF the AI's playcalling is smart enough... i dont want a team that throws screen passes to the RB alot to do it ALL game long if it keeps getting stopped... If the AI is smart enough to use what works and dont use what doesnt... and they change the plays dynamically to keep you on your toes... then I would LOOOOOVE to have these team sliders you speak of...

Something like this would be great for game playing and simulation.

Notice the pie chart, the blue favoring the red indicating that Bill Parcells loves to pass more than he likes to run the ball. Notice under it he favors generally the middle of the field and left side for running the ball. 40% of the time he will run up the gut, 37% going to the left, so you will rarely see the running back run to the right which is 23%

Same with passing, Parcells favors the right side of the field - balls will be thrown 49% of the time in that direction

Throw Deep/Medium/Short
Go for it on 4th (Jack Del Rio averages going for it on 4th down at least once a game)
QB Stay in Pocket/Roll Pocket

Formation Tendencies:
Shotgun
3 WR
2 TE
2 Backs

Defense

Man
Zone
Blitz
All Out Blitz
Blitz LBs/DBs

These tendency sliders would really help to make every game we play feel different and really bring an identity to individual teams.

Any others that should be added?
Yes! (c)Marc Albert

Great idea that I've been hoping to have for a long time. Would add a lot to team identities.
