is it possible to get fired from a team? if so do you get an offer for a new team?

I don't know if you can get fired but you can choose a new team when your contract runs out (I think your first team is a 3 year contract, after that you choose).

The thread title says it all I'm afraid.

As far as the firing, I would be curious to know this as well, I never saw this option in 5 seasons with Cleveland.

I play on the Xbox 360 and I'm pretty sure after 3 years I had to either sign a new contract or change teams. I might be thinking of Madden 08 though...

on next gen you dont have to sign anything which u deffinitly should i think it should be like ncaa other teams can offer you a job or u can get fired on old gen you could get fired and would have to find a new job.
