Touchdown or NOt??

I decided that for now on..I'll just post the madden video with the nfl video and let you tell me whats wrong with it..That way it doesnt seem like Im just exaggerating trying to make madden look bad.

These are two plays that looked like they were touchdowns but werent.

Not sure if it's what you're looking for, but did yyou notice how the DT comes off his block at the exact moment needed to make the stuff?

Not sure how anyone can even have someone hurtling at them through the air, and still have the strength and balance to throw them to the ground like that despite the fact that a split second earlier he was engaged (for lack of a better word) with another lineman

Well maybe if the first video had a better camera angle we could tell, but if people wanna see whats been wrong with Madden watch both Sheldon Brown and Brian Dawkins in the first video and ask yourself have you ever seen that in football?

Lol Those are both good points..but i was actually talking about the reaction to the play. Usually when something looks like a touchdown, People react like its a touchdown. If its in the nfl its in the game right?? I think this would be a nice addition to the game when its a real close call like that.

and to the first guy..yes im tired off the two hand touch offensive lineman lol

The problem with that play is definitely the way the defensive player comes off the block to make the tackle.

The ball doesn't cross the line, it's not a touchdown. That part is obvious.

but its still a very close call..and most players on offensive will try to celebrate even if they know its not a touchdown to try to convince the referee that it was..so either way...

Im not positive but i thought if the ball crossed the white line(even an inch) it was a TD....i know it sounds like basic football but i love football as a video game n never did get to play it as a kid.

if thats the case then i think it coulda been a TD cz his left arm looks to be laying on the white line
