Being able to fire Coaches in the middle of the season...

Madden 10 should include the option of firing a coach any time during the season, being able to replace him with an interim coach.

Anyone agree?

Don't really like that option. How about adding viewable attributes to the coaches? So you sign a OC that is great at running the ball or a coach like Mad Mike Martz that is a passing guru.

I don't know but i would prefer the attribute thing over the firing option. If they could do both then why not but the Coaches should have attributes.

Why would you fire you coach mid-season? If they made that option then your team's overall should drop for like 3-6 weeks to "learn" the new system.

I don't think the Coaches have any impact on the games at all, I don't see why this would be needed as a feature...

With coach attributes your players would only get better based on the coaches skills. If your offensive coordinator has good WR skills then your WR goes up. But you could have fast WRs with no hands so you sign a OC that will make their hands better. The difference would be in the attributes. Have something like Speed, Agility, Acceleration, Catching and so on. Just like the WRs have but with the coaches.
