HEY IAN, anyway superstar mode will be scrapped?

Ill be honest, i have tried many many times to have fun with superstar mode and i end up quiting it everytime by the first few games. I dont have any better ideas on what to replace it with, but i was just wondering if you guys have discussed this. I dont think that many people enjoy superstar mode. Make a poll!

I'm one of the few that enjoy that mode. Well, except when I'm in the red zone "Coach is such a ***** gah! (RB)" It just needs to be adjusted.

I don't see any reason to scrap the mode unless it's a space eater. There are people who enjoy it. I'm not one of them, although I would be if there were more of a first person feel to the mode. Also, it's incredibly bare as far as depth of interactions with the agent/team. The emails and stuff you get are the same every time. It's really a sloppy affair, but it does provide a different way of playing the game and I don't think that should be taken out.

I also have a suggestion for superstar mode. When your superstar comes off the field for offense/defense, you should have the option to take control of one player of your choice in the same zoomed in camera. So if I'm playing as a linebacker, when my team's offense comes back onto the field I can jump right in as the RB or QB or WR or whatever. Keep the option to play like a normal game and to sim, just add this as another choice.

I agree.

If however it is a rather big "Space eater"...I sure wouldn't mind seeing it removed. And that space used instead for a really deep franchise mode.

I never use the Superstar mode.

Ya i agree, if Ian and the boys are thinking about scraping Superstar mode, they should make a pole. I never get passed the 1st preseason game and all the practicing is just boring. However, im sure there are people that enjoy it, so if its on the EA list of stuff, they should poll the fans whether or not to keep.

It would be better if the gameplay is better. I like the idea, just fix the gameplay.

But of course, if its a "Space Eater", like the other dude said, make a super deep franchise. I would love that.
