Idea on QB sneak from Ians Twitter

So this is in NCAA and IT DOES NOT WORK IN THE LEAST!!! It's terrible,absolutly terrible. There better be an option to have it the old way in Madden. I needed one yard,called it and the ****ing QB runs to the left straight into a DL instead of going through the WIDE OPEN HOLE to the right. Another time he just ran right into the back of an OL and tried to dive wich resulted in no yards gained. This does NOT work and should be immediately removed from Madden. It's nothing but frustrating resulting in feeling cheated as I said earlier it would likely result in.

You can control the QB you know. Hold left or right and pick the hole and he'll head that way. He's going to the ground though - he's not running full speed (which was always an exploit remember?).

It's a cool idea but, I would still like to have a little control. Just a option maybe and on off setting. Hey I don't know. But I like the idea!

I don't agree with this idea and I'm surprised that Ian would make the suggestion. You are basically admitting that Pro-tak and it's "dynamically" moving pile, does not work. If the size, speed, vector, and momentum are really factored into collisions like they claimed, then why wouldn't it work on a QB sneak.

I know that the sneak is broken as it is now and that you can probably get 3-7yds with regularity, but don't compund the problem by taking away user control. What if I want to dive? What if I get stuffed up the middle but see an opening to slide left or right? What if I get bounced back and then bounce it outside? All of those things can, and do, happen.

If your only recourse to fix a problem is to take away user control, because you can't program against exploits correctly, then maybe you need better programmers.
