Why do we say this every year? I'd be glad if 2k could make NFL games again. I played Madden for like 6 years and at about 06 it got progressively worse. It would do them some good to have competition. After a big disappointment in Madden 08 I decided to give NFL 2k5 a try and it is levels above Madden. That is honestly a damn shame.

Americans work for a living and churn out some of the most successful companies. For example ever hear of McDonalds or Microsoft? If your talking strictly gaming did you know Blizzard was started in the USA? Have you ever heard of The American Red Cross? They help everyone in the world and get nothing in return. The US contributes.

Re: EA’s NFL exclusivity might be a thing of the past

I still don't understand how the NFL can be in trouble with giving exclusivity right FOR IT'S OWN PROPERY. Since when are they forced to have to license to multiple parties if they don't wish too?

Re: EA’s NFL license exclusivity in danger

Its called "monopoly" my friend. Isnt it funny that even MLB has two developers. The NFL has only EA making there game, no third party or nothing. Just think if sony had a shot, look at what they did for baseball. I'm sorry, we deserve better and EA isnt it. EA and the NFL know that football is our pasttime and they using that for there gain and screwing us in the process. Generic isnt going to cut it here in the US. Just look at the last 5 years. I hope Ian and phil do well, but that still doesnt cut it, we need competition and have a right to a choice. That goes not just for video game sports, but any company. Any developer or company should have a right to make anything they want to and see if it sells on the market. As long as its not illegal i mean.

Re: EA’s NFL license exclusivity in danger

Ironic that EA may lose its exclusive deal with the NFL right when it seemed like the developers were getting their act together. Do you guys think this is just a coincidence or could there be something more to it? Do you think they knew that the !@#$ might hit the fan and they better start putting together a better game because they may have competition again soon?
