What small things do you want addressed the most?

Injuries. Most teams usually have several players that are hurt to some extent sometimes for several week and never miss a game. In madden the only time players play less than 100% is when recovering from an injury for which they already missed games. Also, there are not nearly enough injuries. This is true of both major injuries and minor ones where they don't actually miss time or only miss a few plays and either play hurt or recover and come back from getting banged up. Also, major injuries should permanently lower certain abilities which could lead to forcing retirement or causing teams to cut them.

Player cutting logic. The top players from teams should not be cut, especially while they are still young. Also first round draft picks who are 97 overall should not be cut before they play their first game.

Sideline catches, players should try to make catches in bounds.

I want to see the NFL kickoff logo and NFL playoffs logos on the fields come those certain games. I want all the correct facemasks and helmets to be in the game and to have the full cage 2 and rb bull masks fixed. I also would like to see more realistic turning and having players lean when they turn abrubtly rather than mario running that we have now. I want to see the end of the spin catch. I want to see all of the above on injuries I want to also have some sort of pre game presentation showing the players on the field or a better showing up them comming onto the field out of the helmet or tunnel or whatever they do. I would also like to see all the correct uniforms, we got close last year but still didn't get the chiefs all white, eagles all white or redskins all white uni's along with a couple others.

There is a glitch where when you train your players each week their overall goes up on your depth chart, but not under the player management screen, has anyone else noticed this?

I'd like to see Special Teams much, much better, in fact my first thread ever on this site was dedicated to that.

Two commentary teams is prolly too much to ask for although a Madden/Michaels team for primetime games would be AWESOME, but what about more than one referee? we have ,
but what about ?

Another issue I have is why can't I build a new stadium without moving my team and changing my team name, uniforms, etc. Same for moving my team in franchise, if I wanted to move the Raiders to LA why do I have make them a whole new team? Why cant I just have the LA Raiders?

"Small things".

1. Camera Angles. Give the option to make it look like a broadcast.

2. Franchise Tickers. Out of town scores & updates. Make a league feel like a league.

3. Injuries. No more instant diagnosis - make it dynamic and dramatic.

4. Co-op Shared QB Duties. Make online/offline co-op play allow both players to call each play and thus control the QB for that specific play (like 2K5 did).

5. Broadcast Quality Highlights. Whether part of a half-time show, an out-of-town update or just a quick post-play recap, lets make replays look like they do on TV.

These are the little things, so I guess I won't include 'fix the AI' or 'better OL blocking' ...anyway

1. custom cameras/controls/sliders
2. saved depth charts online
3. realistic fatigue and substitutions
4. defensive playmaker allows CBs to back off/press independant of Safeties

Here's my short list of "small" additions.

More realistic gameplay

1) Better weather effects, especially the effect that high wind has on kicks & passes
2) Bad snaps, holds and handoffs. Slips, trips and falls.
3) Progressive injuries & fatigue (in game and during the season)
4) Realistic time between plays (important for fatigue & substitutions)
(players must return to huddle / line of scrimmage, subs must enter / leave the field)
5) The chain gang

Realistic Franchise

1) Enhanced Head Coach 09 style franchise
2) Owner, GM, Coach & player specific personalities (games should not all feel the same)

Pet peeves

1) In game saves
2) Multi camera angles
3) Coach mode
4) Bring Madden back to the PC
