we all know the ps3 is a more powerful system, so why not take advantage of it.

make madden for ps3 like everything you want it to be THEN port what you can to the weaker xbox.

why should us ps3 owners get an xbox game thats ported to us!?!?

i dont see anyone complaining about the wii. heck why not port the wii to xbox and ive ps3 owners their own game....lol

this really frustrates me because EVERY ps3 exclusive game is fantastic looking & playing and im stuick playing a 360 version of the game that barely uses 1/10th of the disc space

dvd 9 = 9gb, blu ray = 50gb (both dual layered)
didnt madden 09 come in @ 6.5 or so gb?

i feel your pain but i believe its easier to use the 360 and i heard OMT (ncaa producer) say something about disk space but i forget what he said so ya

2k did this same thing with ps2 and the original xbox. They should make the best game possible for the system available and if that means weaker systems have less content so be it.

This will definitely become a consol wars thread, but hey, I'll contribute i guess lol.

I agree- take advantage of the more powerful PS3 system.

But, you know everyone would bitch about less features in their xbox game, plus I'm sure

1) its easier to design for the xbox (especially since all the potential for ps3 has just scratched the surface)

and 2) More people have an xbox than a ps3 (possibly because of the cost and it used to have a bigger game library)

It doesn't even have to be more features. In my opinion they should have the same features but that extra space could be used to add way more commentary/animations/cutscenes or whatever else you want to add for content.
