IF Online Franchise or something similar is included, please allow this!

So one of the biggest problems I have had with online leagues in any game is the fact that they ONLY allow online play. For example, many people start an online league, say roommates, and want others who do not live with them to play in the league. So if they are scheduled to play against each other, the game should allow for an offline game to be played.

Otherwise, the roommates would require 2 PS3s, 2 PSNs, and 2 copies of the game! Thats pretty unlikely to occur. So please include the ability to play an online franchise game offline (of course assuming that online franchise or league is included)

I think they have a lid on any on-line features until later... so we're all in the dark. The first question is... will Madden 10 even have on-line franchise.. period... lets get that one answered and then go from there.

Yes, NCAA has this for sure. You basically select to play your game offline, and it prompts you for a password that you enter before you start the game. I'm sure this option will be available if Online Franchise is added to Madden 10.
