Is it too late to ask for an 09 Patch for franchise?

Common EA logic maybe. We as a consumer have given them a walk each and every year. What happens when 2010 comes out and there are issues with the game? Are we going to say, no don't patch it, take a whole year to work on a good 2011, and then 60 bucks later we're still not satisfied.

I will still be playing 09 for the next 4 months, I'd like some simple franchise fixes that make sense.

Hopefully, those issues are patched within a couple of patches.
