So, therefore, Ian has been hyping and selling Madden all along. Thanks for the insight, though.
You are very welcome

With that said Im optimistic that it could happen and am really looking forward in seeing what they got for us(Sim Crowd) this year. And all the stuff released thus far is very promising.
I was face palming thru the entire vid...... i seriously feel like crying. All my happy, optimistic feelings have died. Im at a loss for words.

About Ian's Madden '08' IGN interview...

Phil not long ago came straight out and said apart of their job is to help sell the game. By making the features and such sound like the greatest thing on earth. In my opinion...in that interview, Ian was simply doing whats expected of him...his job.

However...I do believe theres a big difference between doing an interview for IGN, and being welcomed on to a Madden board. To me, it's a bit more personal. And I expect not to get the total "Sales job". I believe Ian knows the difference, and has done a good job of being as straight forward with us as he can. Without putting his job at risk. So personally, I don't hold that interview against him.

Thank you , Vikes. I do remember that, but couldn't quite recall what Phil said.

You are not bad for a Vikings fan. j/k

Packer fan here.

As like with Ian Roadman...I won't hold that against you.

Lots of Packer fans up here in Northeastern MN. I'm use to you guys.

PS: I wish more of our Viking fans were as stead fast as Packer fans. Theres been years even our local newspaper has called them "Vikqueens" by week eight.

One thing about that video and yo all know I don't give a lot of slack, is the fact that Ian even looks like he know he's lying. He's got that "Man I should be running this show" look to him
