I don't know man, I won't look too much into that. I mean I doubt that Ian (no offense to Ian) has the stick skills as half of the gamers on OS. Just cuz Ian is getting his butt whooped by the CPU, doesn't mean that all of us will.

If you want to wait until YOU see video footage to get enthused, then that's YOUR choice as an individual. If OTHERS feel happy without footage, then that's THEIR choice....Get it?

I'd be willing to bet that Ian is definitely a capable Madden Player.

With that being said, I think he shouldn't be getting "owned" at the Pro level. In a tight game maybe, but getting owned, no.

That would mean he would have to be playing on the Rookie level to win, and I really think Ian has more than enough skills to play on Rookie.

This is good news though. It shows that the cpu is not joking around this year, and will be challenging. I bet they will tweak it a bit though so that the cpu doesn't really start to show it's teeth until the All Pro level.

I don't think he's saying it to be pessimistic, but perhaps to keep a critical eye instead of proclaiming the game to be great before we've seen it in action.

Don't get me wrong, I really think this might be "the year" that madden gets on track, but I understand what he's saying.
