Questions on player's stat....from past years

In the past few years the player stats and Pro Bowl/MVP/O and D player of the year, rookie of the year, etc. info. hasn't been accurate.

I am wondering whether if it was noticed and if it is something that will be addressed.

It really ruins the immersion of Franchise Mode for me for my team's star players to make to the pro bowl or win player of the year etc. and only show the ones from when my franchise starts and moving forward in time. Or to have their stats off so their career stats are inaccurate.

I realize this is a lot of detail but at least the top 15 players of every team would be nice to be accurate. That and the current all active players who have significant career stats.

Well I want accurate stats and information on existing players. I would think Brian Urlacher would want an accurate count of his Pro Bowls but maybe the probowl started the year my franchise did....

I am obsessed with stats (I love fantasy football), and this would be a nice thing to get right...

hopefully it wouldn't take up too much room keeping track of all of the stats or too many man-hours researching every player...

I agree. Player stats are poorly tracked. I hate how a player can be in 10 straight pro-bowls in real life, but in Madden 09 he was makin his first. OR like Brett Farve being listed as never winning an MVP in Madden 09.

EA look at NBA 2k9. The player has an awards page that shows their past awards/achievements. 2K also has a page of personal info about each player. That should be in Madden 10.

yeah NBA 2k9 did a great job at that...The players have their past awards, bio and their game highs, it would be cool if madden had something like that.
