I've always thought there should be maybe one player at each position with a 97+ rating. At the DE spot, I personally think Allen is the best 4-3 DE in the league. Edging out Peppers because Peppers hasn't been consistant enough. I guess Abraham, Tuck, and maybe Mario should be pretty high as well.

Pretty sure he'll do it on a big play even if it's first or second. Now obviously in Madden shouldn't be for every first down completion he makes but if he takes a big hit or if he breaks some tackles/gains extra YAC he should do it.
