Exactly, some players just seem slow/nonathletic without their usual gear on. I hate that part about Madden. I would enjoy it so much more if there were more little things to individualize players..also the black cleats currently in the game make everybody look slow.

I don't think the players who wear colored cleats would look faster to me, they would on the other hand eye pop a lot better and I would notice it while playing for sure.

Its players with primarily white cleats or black cleats w/white accents or colors. White gives the illusion of speed.. its much more visible on the field than all black shoes. Example: Tim Brewster, Minnesota Gophers head coach, switched the team to white cleats because he said it made them look faster (actual tidbit of an article)...Just something I have always noticed, but probably not everyone.

Ben doesn't wear that white wrist band or his right arm..everything else is great



Id love more equip, but unless it was already in, there probably won't any time to add them now given that Custom Cameras for crying out load, are still 50/50

Don't worry, he isn't wearing it in the madden 10 screens.



Michael Young said there would be quite a bit new equipment this year, but that could just be the secondary colored items and the hand towels, hopefully more, I guess we'll see.

I really hope theres more. Obviously from the screens it hasnt been implemented yet..so cross your fingers.
