I'm leaning towards an April Fools blog tomorrow. I know Ian, Phil, and co are denying it, but all this suspense and talk of Facebook makes me think it's a huge buildup for something we can all laugh about . . . after we finish getting over our disappointment in a few days

I don't think the marketting team at EA would allow their developers to play April Fools jokes. Its simply immature and stuff.

Has that not been said before? Turns out it has.

Last year:
"Beyond Broadcast Presentation" and "Even the networks will be trying to emulate our presentation!"

This is what scares me the most. Presentation is the biggest flaw in Madden right now. They claimed "Beyond Broadcast" last year and fell WAY short. This year the addition of new camera angles has not been confirmed. Without them all the graphics updates are nullified in my opinion because the current camera system takes you out of the immersive NFL "broadcast" experience. It's simply not authentic. Until the cameras are added and the game looks like it does on TV (as an option), I am staying guarded after last season's heartbreaking presentation letdown.

Everything else i've seen for Madden looks and sounds amazing. I have no doubt the gameplay is going to be improved. EA, please work your majic and make broadcast camera options a part of Madden 10.

^^^ I agree. Great presentation makes a major difference. I don't understand Soccer but FIFA's presentation draws me in. I don't know jack about Baseball, but MLB The Show's presentation draws me in and makes me want to keep playing.

Very intrigued to see what Ian and Co. have up their sleeves. They have delivered every step of the way so far, no reason to doubt them.

Hopefully the broadcasting and presentation gets an overhaul and we aren't looking at a Madden 09 "Beyond Broadcast PResentation" type of deal. I didnt think 09 was bad, just left me wanting more.
