Re: Breaking down the "fake" screenshot

The procedural awareness is very obvious here. And I think it seems to go a long way in making things look more realistic.

Nope. It's just you LOL!! There are 11 out there. Although one may be hard to see (it's in the red area.)

Obviously the whole blog is a joke, they probably wanted to make the pic show little as possible. Including having a WIDE OPEN x receiver, maybe even the pic is a joke to? lol..

It's probably on Rookie, which would explain the wide open WRs.

Funny, and so true.

I can just see myself trying to hold down "A" just a little bit trying to hit that guy on an arc on the seam, only to have him throw a bullet pass that never gets higher than 5 feet off the ground right into the chest of that DB. Which would naturally be returned for a pick-6. Such is Madden.

Re: Breaking down the "fake" screenshot

My big concern is the pocket. Here is why. You can clearly see there is a much better defined pocket. But what is going to still stop the 20 yard drop backs. Will the tackles only drop back in regard to the play (example 3 step, 5 step, 7 step). With they continue to drop back with the QB then we will still face the ever prone 20 yard drop back and pass.

Re: Breaking down the "fake" screenshot

Phobia I think that if the QB drops back any further that changes the angle that the DEs rush at and then they can come up field. The DEs should be quite a bit faster than the Ts and have a jump off the ball. Thus if the QB stays in the pocket the DEs have to go through or around the Ts instead of just beating them up field.
