I run backwards 30 yards (as QB) and my WR and the CB that's guarding him are still running full speed, chasing and running from each other or that big 300 lb DT still coming at me full speed...Why is that??

Considering this is called a penalty in NFL 2K5, and even in NCAA Football 09 I believe... I don't see how it's not in Madden.

Aside from that, try defending that pass. It's an absolute nightmare. You can have 3 DBs around the ball and you'd be lucky to stop it.
