Is a RC when the QB throws a bullet and the WR jumps extremely high up to catch it?

Or

Is it when you throw a deep ball and lead your receiver and the WR "speeds" up in order to catch the ball?

They shouldn't get rid of it... just players who can't attack the football like that shouldn't be able to do it.

he ran like 3 feet out of bounds and then came back in to catch it. I call shananigans.

Ignoring everything else wrong with it, the fact that the ball travels from the 10 yard line to the other 35 is ridiculous.
