What I actually intended with that, and this is my mistake, was to display the formation the team most commonly takes with the given personnel package in that situation. I didn't point that out, I should have

As long as the AI plays to it's strengths so that it actually creates tendencies instead of calling random plays like it does now then it's a win win idea for me.

I seem to remember Donny saying that one of his goals this year was to make sure teams did indeed play to their strengths so this may well be feasible.

The ONLY way it would work is if the A.I. didn't just call random plays, which I'm pretty sure it does, let alone each team having team-specific play calling.

If and only if the A.I. were to get to that level, then I'm all for it.
