Given the fact that the most recent press release states a more TV-style presentation for this year's game, I was curious to see what the possibility of adding custom in-game stadium music was.
I know NFL 2k5 has this ability if you modify some files, but the results are great. We can still keep the soundtrack for menu music but in-game, we should be able to assign MP3 playlists to be played throughout the game during cutscenes, warm-ups, end of QTR, etc.
Think about it, as the half comes to an end, you're greeted with the ABC/NBC/ESPN theme before the half-time show. Since the focus on this year's game is on the little, fundamental aspects of the game, this feature would fit right in
It really adds to the depth of the game. I know a game like Legends of Wrestling currently has a feature similar to this. Is something like this a possibility? If not this year, maybe next?
