Now that Cutler has been traded, I have a question and real life trades with picks

Every year in Madden if there's a trade for draft pick you never see the picks Franchise.

So in this case in Madden Denver traded Orton for Cutler with no pick involved, we all know there is not way in hell this happens but in madden it has happened for many years, so my question is if trade in real life involves draft picks will those trasfer to the franchise so you have extra picks?

Tha would be nice. I always Like to start my Lions Franchise in year 2 (since by OCT the season is over anyway) So take this year for example. I D/L the latest rosters ...sim to year 2 and I only have 1 draft pick in the first round and no Roy Williams on my team. Kind of a bummer if your trying to keep it realistic. Im just not sure if there would be anyway to impliment this other than a manual override trade type deal.

I do. Its a great idea that should be in the game. Same with NBA titles.

You have to understand.. and since you only have 2 posts (no offense) - I imagine you haven't noticed that the Devs haven't mentioned ANYTHING about Franchise mode for Madden 10.

All we know is that the guys from Head Coach 09 are supposedly working on it.

Sorry, but Franchise mode is one of my most cherished gaming experiences and to see every thread thwarted by developer silence on the issue is rather annoying as a potential consumer and avid sports gamer.
