If this year doesn't nothing will. I AM SO STOKED FOR M10!!!
Like I noticed the change but after watching the Madden 07 DVD, the change is just very very very clear, more so than it was ever before to me.

For 07' and 08' I was so psyched for next gen football and was so dissapointed with the product that I professed a Madden boycott until I saw a real commitment to actually make a good game, and not just polish the previous years tird with useless crap/features/gimmicks. I think I am officially "back in". This dev. team is really listening to the core Madden fan and seems commited to a true sim experience. Even if it is not perfect they are making strides in the right direction. With that said I will still try before I buy, because I have been burnt before. But I am hopefull

Wow thats crazy the amount of info already released compared the other madden teams releasing the info probably a month or so before the game comes out if not later than that!!!

I'm 90% sure that this will be the year, but that other 10 percent will be huge. Them vids really need to talk to us more than anything else.

That was Madden 2002, a game I got alot of great play out of.

2002-2005 were my favorite years, and yes they were all pre-exclusive NFL contract.

When did they announce SB presentation, pre game warmups, Coaching changes, and wrap swats? Also what is the chuck feature?

Donny (iirc) came here and asked what we wanted to see from the Super Bowl be in Madden 10. So yeah it's getting better presentation (also the fact that we are getting super bowl fields and patches on the players adds on to that).

Pre game warmups were said in the game customization blog.

Coaching changes and wrap swats were said by Ian on posts here on the forums and in his twitter.

I don't remember saying anything about coaching changes.

Wrap swats I talked about in another random thread...

Yeah you talked about wrap swats in a thread about what was on your board in your office (which is why I edited my post)

I could have sworn you talked about having coaches in franchise mode re-rated and set to act more true-to-life in terms of how they act on 4th down in terms of fakes and going for it. I'm trying to find it now lol....

edit: were you thinking of something else when he said coaching changes?
