Mike Vick has caught 2 passes from himself. One for a loss of 14, one for a gain of 1.

It would be cool if it was possible in Madden. Not something you see very often, but it would still be cool.

I think that's actually the ball bouncing off the holders head. Nice catch, I never noticed it.

Well I have had a punt snapped over my punters head like 3 time in all the games I played. It happened to me and I couldn't get mad because it was very cool to see. The punter even jumped up as high as he could to try and catch it.
