RFA Back in Franchise Mode?

Is there any chance we will get restricted free agency in Madden for the 360 and PS3? It shouldn't be that hard to do since it's already in the PS3 and X-Box versions, and would continue to make huge strides in adding to realism. Any info on this?

That would be nice to have RFA, franchise tags and all that.

It would be nice if franchise tagging meant something as well. In the current Madden, players will always resign with their original home. I'm hoping that players will actually want out, so tagging them is the only option. It's wishful thinking, I know.

franchise tags have been in but are pointless because it is impossible to have a player not sign a contract.

Re: RFA Back in Franchise Mode?

Yeah in head coach with my first year jets, kerry rhodes did not want to negotiate a conract since we stunk it up and only had 2 wins (I traded farve to atl for a first). So i had to choose between him and fanaca to tag since neither wanted to be here...i tagged rhodes, and replaced faneca through the draft.

Im in year 2 now, and ive built a killer defense with some play makers on offemse, i have a win now team with little cap room going into next season, i know i will probably only be able to sign one of my big 3 free agents during this year (brick, mangold, harris). Meaning one will most likely have to go, and after clearing some room in the offseason i will have to tag one.

See, I want something like that in Madden. Wow, I might have to check out Head Coach since it's being praised so much here.

Re: RFA Back in Franchise Mode?

It'd be awesome if RFA were back in PS3, it would add a bit more realism to franchise.
