What's the first thing you do in a new Madden game?

Practice mode for me too. In the past I would probably spend an hour or so getting reacquainted with how the game controls, but with as many changes as we may see this year, I may spend 3 or 4 hours in practice mode this time.

Sometimes I let the game go into demo mode or let a CPUvsCPU game take place just so I can get a feel of how the game is and how it looks.

I go into the rosters to check out the set up of the menues and see what head shot they used, i look at all the ratings and see if guys look like they should, i then play as my ravens against the Vikings at M&T Bank Stadium

Then after i have played that i will jump on franchise mode and see what new there and how it plays and stuff

after that ill do a fantasy draft and then i will play as every team in the game lol
