Alumni Roster Challenge

-Hey guys, I figured since the draft was coming up and not a whole lot of news lately, I thought I'd see if anyone wanted to play this alternative game with me.

Basically you find your favorite college team, and assemble the best collection of current through the Madden rosters and see how they stack up against other player's teams.

BTW, this is Madden related because I would love some challenges like this: All the UT guys vs the OU guys, anywayy:

University of Texas (accepted yesterday Woo-Hoo!!)

Qb- Vince Young
RB- Jamal Charles
WR- Roy Williams
WR- Limas Sweed
TE- Bo Scaife

OL- Justin Scott, Leonard Davis, and Derrick Dockery. COuldn't find 2 more worth noting

DE- Orakpo and Tim Crowder
DT- Shaun Rogers, Cory Redding
LB- Derrick Johnson (no more LBs from UT I think)

CB- Aaron Ross, Cedric Griffin (Nickel and Dime backs are Quentin Jammer and Nathan Vasher)

S- Michael Griffin, Michael Huff

K/P- Phil Dawson, I don't need a punter

Well there's the best I could do with the longhorns, should be able to compete in a lot of games with a lot of speed on offense and a strong D with a shutdown secondary. What do yyou guys got?

Re: Alumni Roster Challenge

Well, we don't have a ton of variety and couldn't fill out a starting lineup but whatever, this is what UCF has off the top of my head:

QB - Daunte Culpepper
RB - Kevin Smith
WR - Brandon Marshall, Mike Walker
TE - Michael Gaines
OL - Josh Sitton, Pat Brown(should be 6th or 7th round pick and is a steal, imo)
CB - Asante Samuel, Travis Fisher, Joe Burnett(3rd-5th round pick and is another steal, lol),
S - Atari Bigby
K - Matt Prater

Possible notables in the future- Johnell Neal, Jason Venson, Shareef Rashad(All are DBs that have the possiblility of a late round pick but more likely are a UDFA. I think they can make it in the NFL but they'll have to work hard to become starters.

All-in-all, I think we've got a pretty good list for a school that's only been D1-A(FBS) for 14 or 15 years and aren't in a BCS conference.
Laugh and the world laughs with you. Weep and you weep alone.

Jacksonville Jaguars
St. Louis Cardinals
Orlando Magic
NCAA: UCF Knights
